VP/Director – Corporate Finance

The company has established an aggressive strategic plan to capture additional global market share, including federal government and military contracting. Over the last four years of 25 years in business, the company has profitably managed 20% annual growth now targeting more than $50 million in revenue for 2013.

Key to this role is a financial leader, who can look at ways to increase working capital, provide business analytics, and provide financing to support the growth.

This challenging and rewarding role is focused on the development and financing of projects, growing the business by bringing financing to the company, and leading the strategy to take the company public.

Position reports to the CEO

Requirements

Entrepreneurial spirit, vast financial connections, business development skills, contract negotiation and legal business skills and experience.

First hand IPO experience.

Ability to establish multi-million dollar financing sources for energy projects and finance inventory.

Identify sources for financing in the area of renewable energy, large scale solar farms and project offerings to commercial customers nationwide.

Experience in developing long term financial models and negotiating long term financing.

Prior experience in the financing of projects, bringing financing to a company, and leading a strategy to take a company public.

Oversee areas of finance and provide direction regarding company objectives, policies, and financial results for the company.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Finance
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters in Finance preferred.
  • Corporate experience with mergers and acquisitions
  • Successful history as a Director or VP Finance
  • Experience in organization with revenues over $100M.
