Products Overview

Aluminum Laser Cutting Equipment             Aluminum is widely used in metal fabrication but not exclusively cut by lasers. Aluminum is extremely reflective to conventional CO2 laser technology. Fiber lasers are the answer. Fiber lasers have a shorter wavelength and greater power density. This enables fiber lasers to cut up to 1” aluminum and penetrate a market in which plasma and water jet ruled. A FLC series fiber laser is recommended for this purpose.
American Private Power Plants             The American Private Power Plant (AP3TM) is a turnkey distributed energy generation system that produces electricity at the point of consumption, minimizing line losses and maximizing energy efficiency. Made in America, the AP3 provides your company with freedom from electricity price increases, security of power supply and independence from the electric utility. The AP3 series is developed to be modular and scalable. By combining individual modules, any size system can be created for any application from 25 kW to 1 MW and beyond. Each module comes as a complete turnkey system with all necessary equipment and balance of system components.
Annealing Systems (laser) Fiber Laser annealing creates a permanent mark induced by heat without removing or compromising the material. Annealing is used with all metals containing carbon which shows a color change when exposed to heat, especially stainless steel.             The annealing process offers significant advantages when marking already finished surfaces. The marking speed is slower compared to engraving because annealing relies solely on thermal effects of bringing the carbon in the steel to the surface.

Bifacial Solar Modules             The bifacial module generates more electricity by converting direct, radiant and scattered solar energy on both the front and the back side of the module. Bifacial modules are ideally suited for applications with limited ground space such as military bases, municipalities, and schools. The bifacial modules have a life expectancy of 50 years without danger of mechanical damage or temperature/ humidity-related delamination of the back sheet, resulting in a loss of energy production performance or outright failure. Steel (mild) Cutting Systems             Mild steel is one of the most used metals in fabrication and commonly cut by lasers. CO2 lasers have been the preferred method over plasma and water jet cutting. However, Fiber lasers have technological advancements well beyond that of CO2 lasers and are capable of cutting mild steel with almost half the power. The FLC series fiber lasers are recommended.
Steel (stainless) Cutting Systems             Stainless steel is fabricated across almost every industry. Conventional methods include CO2 laser cutting, plasma, water jet, sheering, punching and stamping. Cutting with a Fiber laser can eliminate almost every other method. With the speed of linear motors and the power of a Fiber laser cutting up to 1”, almost every method of fabricating stainless steel becomes obsolete. Although other lasers can cut thick stainless steel, Fiber technology is extremely efficient, reliable and relatively zero maintenance. This positions Fiber laser cutting as the preferred method over conventional technologies. The FLC series fiber lasers are recommended.
